where can i shop?

pushe WW is our international store. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Read our shipping policy before ordering.

how do i choose my size?

Check the size chart on the product page for the piece you want. Sizes and fit can vary between styles. Our size guide explains how to measure. If you need help, contact us with the product name and your preferred fit.

how can i pay?

PayPal and OnePAY are awaiting connection. Use only the payment options displayed at checkout. See payment and pricing for details.

shipping and orders

when will my order arrive?

Processing takes 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates after dispatch vary by destination and shipping method. Check our shipping policy for the full estimates. Customs, local holidays and other conditions may affect delivery.

are duties and taxes included?

Shipping fees do not include import duties or local taxes. These may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility. See the shipping policy for details.

how do i track my order?

Open the order-status link in your confirmation or shipping email, or sign in to your account. Our order tracking guide explains where to look.

can i cancel or change my order?

Paid orders cannot be cancelled. For an address change, email us before the parcel is handed to the carrier. See the shipping policy for the full terms.

returns and exchanges

what if an item is faulty or incorrect?

Contact us within 3 days of receipt with your order number and an unboxing video. Returns and refunds are accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect items, subject to the return and exchange policy. Keep the item unused with its original tags and packaging, and wait for instructions before sending it back.

can i exchange an item?

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receipt and meet the conditions in our return and exchange policy. The customer pays exchange shipping and taxes. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read the full policy before ordering.
